Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy covers consumer health data under laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370. It applies to the optional answers you can choose to save when you join the getHARDY early-access list.

What we collect, only with your consent

Your age range, the concerns you selected, how long and how often they affect you, health conditions you selected, nitrate or riociguat use, past treatments and your preferred consult format. Joining the list itself tells us you are interested in ED care, which we also treat as health data.

Why

So a licensed clinician can be matched with you and prepare for your consultation when we launch in your state.

Who we share it with

The vendors who host and secure our systems, under contract, and, once we launch and only with your separate consent at that time, the licensed clinicians who provide your care. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can see, withdraw consent for, or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@getHARDY.now. We respond within 45 days.
