getHARDY (“we”) runs a pre-launch early-access list at getHARDY.now. This page explains what we collect through that list and how we use it.

What we collect

Your email address, state, and (only if you provide them) your first name and mobile number; your answers to the early-access questionnaire, which may include consumer health data, stored only with your separate consent; and basic technical data such as referral source. For each consent you give (terms, health data, texts) we record the exact language you agreed to, when, and the IP address it came from.

How we use it

To tell you when getHARDY launches, to connect you with a licensed clinician when we’re live in your state, and, only if you consented, to prepare your clinician with your answers. We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers on our questionnaire. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
